THE STORY
This handbag is made from a pair of Bruce Willis’s shorts. Wild, huh?
Alright, let me explain.
In the 80’s my company Artwear Embroidery did costume design for the TV show “Moonlighting”. In one episode Bruce’s character plays a boxer, and this is material that we used to construct his boxer shorts – branded with the punny name ‘Neverlast’. The purple satin is a remnant from when I used to make satin Bomber jackets. The pearls are from a detail that were used on my Daughter-in law’s wedding shoes.
