The Story
Authentic Bark cloth is in very limited supply. I was determined to incorporate as organically as possible the woven print while also adhering to the size of the bag I wanted to make. The basic tote is very linear and to keep the grace and nuance of the fronds, I created little pocket shapes on the front and back of the bag. Gorgeous colors with a tropical flair
